FAA Limits Mid-Columbia Region Wind Projects
The Federal Aviation Administration has placed an arbitrary limit on the number of wind turbines in the Mid-Columbia region claiming that new wind projects would negatively impact the DOD’s ability to conduct air operations in the vicinity of the 1950’s Fossil, Oregon (ARSR-3) radar.
